This was Lincoln's first trip to the dentist! He was of course- Excellent! He is my cutie pie! He has two loose teeth and his six year old molars! This really isn't suppose to happen yet! Little stinker.
Natalie is in the same boat as Lincoln. Two loose teeth and six year old molars are peeking through. She on the other hand is the only one in the family with a cavity.
She cried all the way home so embarrassed with shame.
Our little Naomi will need braces soon. Apparently, she doesn't have enough
room in that mouth of hers to fit all those teeth.
Unfortunately, the pictures I have of the boys look ridiculous- sorry, no dentist pictures from them.
BIG NEWS!
My sister, Theresa and her beautiful family came for a splendid visit.
My sister is one of the remarkable people you could ever meet.
She quilted five!
Yes! I said FIVE QUILTS!
Five quilts for each of my five kiddos!
Can you believe it?!
They are GORGEOUS!
This project took her months and months of cutting, measuring, sewing and tying!
She even included fabric pieces from my Grandma Davis!
Lincoln said, "I'm going nowhere without my quilt, mom!"
Thank you, Theresa for sharing you talent with my family!
My sister has the heart of a Saint. Truly!
I went shopping with her in Wal-Mart when I saw her pick up a loaf of speciality bread and a juice bottle. I yelled at her from across the way, "THERESA! YOU DON'T NEED TO BUY ANY BREAD!
I HAVE A TON AT HOME!!!"
Tears filled her eyes and she said, "That poor man standing outside is hungry and I just feel so sorry for him."
There's always a guy or two standing outside of Wal-Mart holding a pathetic "Hungry" sign.
Theresa is so kind.
LeGrand is the most patient man I've ever met. He is a great husband and a Super Dad!
That Elsie Elizabeth loves her mommy!
Theresa is like a huge steel plate and her baby a radio magnet!
The weather allowed us to romp around a park or two this weekend.
We always have to have a quick cousin picture!
(some are better than others)
I'm thankful for our Thanksgiving feast and the family I was able to share it with!
We can't miss a picture of the daddy carving the bird!

What great pictures. I'm afraid, however, that you painted too much of a "Mary Poppins" picture. You neglected to tell how I yell at my kids and make my hubby wait on me hand and foot! My baby loves me so much because she's the only one I don't beat from time to time!
Your kids are doing fine, especially Lincoln. Those star-glasses helped a lot in comforting them in their dentist trip. I wish you all the best for the year 2012!
Lincoln and Natalie looked like instant celebrities in those outfits! Well, if they'd like that to become a reality, they must always have a glistening smile on their faces. Hmmm...from what I see in your pictures, your thanksgiving was a blast, am I right?
