As the sun was rising on the valley, the Hymas children were eating homemade waffles,
Ethan started 7th grade this year!
He had a hard day yesterday with a messed up schedule, new kids and a new school.
I can't imagine how he feels moving from a home and school he loved to new beginnings.
His dad gave him a beautiful father's blessing plus we had a great scripture experience yesterday so
I'm sure he'll do great today!
Emerson LOVED 5th Grade yesterday!
He has a big group of nice friends and nice teachers!
WHAT A RELIEF!
I'm so happy that Emerson is happy!
Naomi is a 3rd grader!
She had a so/so day.
She is kind and outgoing, I'm sure she'll fit in very soon!
Mrs. Maycock seems very nice.
Naomi has a big class- 26 kids!
She found some friends from church to hang out with during recess.
Natalie had the first day of first grade yesterday!
Mrs. Hahn is so nice and her class size is small- only 19!
She had a hard day yesterday but this morning she ran into a friend and they decided to meet during recess. This made Natalie feel so much better!
She fell off the swings and had to go to the nurse yesterday.
She also asked lots of kids to play but no one would play with her. This made her feel very sad.
I'm sure she'll have a better day today!
Now it's just Lincoln and I.
So...
We took a walk, sang some songs and cleaned the house!

All these things touch a parent's heart, as we have worried about all of these situations. Thanks once again for sharing your lives with us. We miss so much and this really is special to us. Love you all. Great pic's of wonderful kids!
